Eventually, we walkaround to real estate and talk about WHY prices seem so inflated and the do’s and don’ts to buying, as well as some tips on keeping your emotions under control when looking to purchase a place.

This guy is also a LEAF fan, don’t get it….we talk about that, his obsession with baseball and the Boston Red Sox, and golf. I’m telling you, this is the closest you can get to 2 guys just shooting the shit and having a laugh, and you know what…I think you will too.
